The 3-bedroom home is available all year. Weekly rentals begin on Saturdays from 4pm and end the following Saturday by 11am. We will consider requests for flexible changeover days or shorter periods. Check rates and availability using our form at contact & find us.
2012 rental rates for three to four people (updated August 2011):
Low season - 750 euros per week; 110 euros per night
High season - 850 euros; 130 euros per night
Less 20% for couple using only one bedroom; for five or six people add 10% for each additional person.
Please email us to check rates, availability and make your booking. We require 20% of the total booking amount payable by credit card via PayPal as confirmation with the remainder due on arrival.
A security deposit of 300 euros is payable in cash on arrival and will be returned on departure less any applicable damages or losses.
Gas, electricity, water, bed linen, bath towels and final cleaning are included. Linen and towels will be changed weekly. Please bring beach towels for swimming as bath towels cannot be taken from the house.
Cot (crib) & high chair supplied but please bring own bedding for cot. Hair dryer supplied.
If by chance you need to cancel your booking, we give you the opportunity to transfer your booking to a period within 12 months of your original booking. If not, for cancellations up to 90 days until 30 days before arrival we refund your deposit less transaction costs (approx. 5 percent). From 30 days before arrival, refunds are only possible if we are able to re-rent the period of your booking.
