Cà le Cerque offers a tastefully decorated 134 m2 home (1440 sq ft) - the complete first floor of the traditional marchigiana
farmhouse- with a patio overlooking the garden and views of Monte
Catria. We've chosen fine Italian-designed furniture and easy care
fabrics to provide a comfortable environment for you and your family
and friends.

Thick stone walls keep the home
cool throughout the summer. The living area is spacious and light with
large windows and french doors that open onto the generous patio. The
area is furnished with sofas and chairs, large flat-panel satellite TV,
CD/DVD player, dining table and a well-equipped kitchen with granite
counter tops and dishwasher. There's even a wine kitty with affordable supply of local red and white wines. The DVD library has many popular movies and TV series in multiple languages. A separate laundry has a front-loading
washing machine. Wifi internet access is available.
There are two large double
bedrooms, one with its own ensuite bathroom, and one twin bedroom with
bunk beds (bunks can be separated for adult use). All rooms are furnished using colours that
reflect the clear skies, fields of grain and brilliant sunsets.

The three-bedroom home has
two bathrooms, one an ensuite for one of the double bedrooms, both with
showers and the main bathroom has a small bathtub.
Insect screens on windows and doors allow you to enjoy the inside spaces day and night without nature's invasion. You will enjoy 360-degree views over the rolling Marche hills with complete privacy during your stay.
The
garden is yours for dining under the trees, sunbathing, barbecuing..
whatever you feel like. The only thing we ask you not to do is the
gardening—but that probably won't be in your plans anyway. Do note that we maintain a private apartment in the downstairs part of the farmhouse solely for our own use.
