Cà le Cerque offers a tastefully decorated 134 m² apartment (1440 sq ft) - the complete first floor of the traditional marchigiana farmhouse- with a patio overlooking the garden and views of Monte Catria.  We've chosen fine Italian-designed furniture and easy care fabrics to provide a comfortable environment for you and your family and friends.

Thick stone walls keep the home cool throughout the summer. The living area is spacious and light with large windows and french doors that open onto the generous patio. The area is furnished with sofas and chairs, large-screen satellite TV, CD/DVD player, dining table and a well-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and dishwasher. A separate laundry has a front-loading washing machine.

There are two large double bedrooms, one with its own ensuite bathroom, and one twin bedroom with bunk beds. All rooms are beautifully furnished using colours that reflect the clear skies, fields of grain and brilliant sunsets.  

The three-bedroom apartment has two bathrooms, one an ensuite for one of the double bedrooms, both with showers and the main bathroom has a small bathtub.

Insect screens on windows and doors allow you to enjoy the inside spaces day and night without nature's invasion.

You will have full use of the garden for dining under the trees, sunbathing by the pond, barbecuing.. whatever you feel like. The only thing we ask you not to do is the gardening—but that probably won't be in your plans anyway.
